Minet Sepulveda is a world-class Olympic weightlifter, a nationally-ranked track & field star, power lifter, and most recently, a fitness and figure model in body building. A licensed chiropractor for ten years, Minet is dedicated to helping people of all ages, sizes, and abilities to increase their muscle mass, endurance, flexibility, balance, and well-being. She offers dynamic training and nutritional programs based upon thorough assessments of her clients’ physical status, lifestyle, and temperament. Her holistic approach is based on cutting-edge research in functional rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, chiropractic biophysics, sports medicine, and nutrition. She brings to the health and fitness arena the expertise of a doctor and the experience of a professional competitive athlete. Her many years as a personal trainer motivated her after finishing her post-graduate degree to become a strength & conditioning coach. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and also recognized by the USA Weightlifting Federation (USAW) and the National Physique Committee (NPC). In her daily life she enjoys a variety of sports such as running, Olympic weightlifting, Crossfit, rock climbing, and bike riding among others.

These fitness and nutrition packages are exclusively made for athletes and clients by Minet.

Our coaching packages will help you incorporate a new regimen and a more solid foundation in your existing program in case you are an existing athlete or competitor. This also will apply for those that are new and don’t have set goals yet or need guidance to set goals and push forward. We will create the programs to your goals (osteoporosis, weight loss, anorexia, bulimia, sports performance, etc.).

All our programs are individually costume made for your goals and needs after we had get all the information to do so. They will include generally; weight training, aerobic, diet, meal plans, macro nutrients and supplementation. Exercises will be tailor by clients or athletes short term and long term goals- (cardiovascular, strength & conditioning, power, agility, balance and functional rehabilitation among others.

Our supplements plan will be only for you and determined by a holistic approach to look at not only building muscle mass, but recovery, healing, adapting to the physical, emotional and chemical stress that exercising creates in our bodies. All supplements for caching programs are sold separately.

Maximize results in a shorter amount of time than the 12 week program. This program will allow you to reach your fitness goals while getting healthier, focus and driven. This is for individuals who have less body fat to lose and less weight to lose compared to the 12 week competition prep program. This is designed for someone who may have hit a plateau in their weight loss journey and wish to lose more weight and fat percentage. Great introductory program to improve structure and guidance on your current diet or will like a new diet plan.

How do I know if this is the right program for me?

This is an individually customized program designed to get the athlete competitively ready in 12 weeks. This program is for future or current competitors who are looking to compete in an upcoming fitness show.

The Program will include supplementation plan along with a nutrition plan that gives the right combinations of nutrients to improve workout loads and optimal recovery. Designed to work with the athlete’s lifestyle and may vary and adjust every 4 weeks more or less depending on the individual’s progress. Minet will personally follow up with your progress via phone, email, text message, and in person appointments. Progress photographs will be submitted weekly if working remotely.

Program includes:
  • Weight Training Program - progressive resistance training, building lean body muscle on your body, emphasis on weak muscles, increase muscle hypertrophy in areas that need more muscle size and development, or leaning and lengthening of tight and overworked muscles
  • Stretching exercises and Yoga possess- be included to improve flexibility and hypertonic musculature to improve lifting and stage presence
  • Nutritional Plan - Eat a variety of whole foods that will keep you feeling full without starving yourself and diminishing the cravings for junk food. You’ll enjoy to choose meals freely and prepare your meal plans that will keep you eating healthy while re-boosting your metabolism, creating more muscle while burning fat. Learn how to find what works for you and stop yo-yo dieting. Create good eating habits that will stay with you as a lifestyle
  • Cardio Schedule - know when to engage in cardiovascular activities and when to stop. Learn which techniques are better for your body and when is time to do less or more. How do I know if this is the right program for me?

This customized program is designed for athletes or individuals who want to get stronger in any sport or rehab from an injury. This is a program that addresses individual weaknesses that may be hindering performance. This includes focusing on increasing flexibility and mobility, strength and conditioning, agility, balance, and other needs.

If someone is recovering from an injury or wants to prevent injuries, this program is perfect and will be individually programed for you.

This program will help improve overall peak performance ability on the athlete’s sport of choice (e.g., Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, Running, competing in triathlons, Soccer, Baseball, basketball, etc…).

Designed for athletes who are not currently looking to compete in a body building show in the next 12 weeks.

The program comes in 4 week increments, ranging from one month to a year, depending on the athlete’s goals.

If the athlete would like a customized nutrition program included in his or her program, an additional fee will apply.

Program includes:
  • Strength training program- program design for individual athlete. Without a planned training program, athletes are more susceptible to overtraining. This program will work only for those that desire a long term plan that relates to what capabilities are to be improved. Traditional phases of program design are: hypertrophy, strength, and strength-power and peaking maintenance.
  • Stretching exercises, mobility and yoga possess can be included to improve flexibility, hypertonic musculature, improve lifting form and sport technique.
  • The following can be added to the program if desired:
  • Focus on cardiovascular training to maximize peak shape if the sport requires it.
  • Supplement plan
  • Nutrition plan

How do I know if this is the right program for me?

This is for competitors who are competing in the next 12 weeks and want to learn how to improve their stage presence and performance. We work very well with clients that are working with other trainers or are prepping themselves.

This will help the competitor to precisely display their bodies to impress the judges.

With these sessions the competitor will learn how to walk, hold poses, turn, display their best symmetry, and accentuate their best qualities on the stage.

We work with bikini and figure competitors only. If you are a male client and need physique posing or bodybuilding routine we can help you to connect with some of the best IFBB pro of the area that offer posing sessions.

1 hour long session with Minet.

Posing sessions are included in the 12 week program.
